Everyone understands that non-smokers can be protected in their rights to live without being smoky by their neighbors table or desk. As such, everyone understands they are also organized into associations to obtain a formalization of these rights. It arrived by Decree No. 2006-1386 of 15 November 2006 which caused much ink: why a decree and not a law (which would have allowed a debate and a vote by the representatives of the people), why protecting non-smokers going on it by banning smoking meeting will be the only citizens of this country to be denied this fundamental right? There is much to say and we certainly will talk, because I see the sign of a glaze that is now descending on the notion of pleasure in France, yet the country's lifestyle. When will the ban glass of red wine, camembert from raw milk or pigs feet?
Associations of non-smokers have got that. These will now be able to have exclusive use of all the restaurants in France every day. One can find this result too and want to fight for the balance (in my case through the Association "Friends of Pleasures of Taste "), but there is nothing to them reproach. Their mission is to represent and defend their members and that is what they did. Nice job. The problem is
qu'enivrées by this success, some of them have decided, right after the meeting, to address the right of information and expression. Amateur clubs (the Cape of Epicurus, A Fistful of Cigar, Cigar and Company, ...) have been summoned to court. It's now the turn of magazines and Cigar Sensations, the Amateur de Cigare, Club and Cigar Cigar Co. and The Association of Non Smokers Rights will even assign Yves Belaubre the owner of Cigars and sensations, for are clearly intended to put on the straw.
How economically kill zones for exchange of information and those of their leaders returned there in the job of these associations? They clearly overstep their mandate. Why? I see no good reason. And here we are obliged to consider not very noble reasons.
Distinguished non-smoking members of associations, understand that everyone respects your legitimate struggle to live without tobacco. You have done well so far and achieved excellent results, but also understand that by going too far and slaughtering Yves Belaubre example, not only you commit questionable acts humanly, but you lose your legitimacy by arousing suspicion. This will not help you in your actions.
