Where Do Curtain Tie Backs Get Hung

The espresso machine

Most of us have a machine to make coffee at home. So what is the best?
is a central issue in our household purchases. If our dishwasher does not wash impeccably, they disregard a priori, but a bad coffee (if you like the coffee), it does not pass.

There are entire sites on the subject. I'll try to make a concentrated practice, not to mention art, piston pumps and boiler. For further reading, I put links on the forums the most comprehensive. But beware, it's very sharp, and the subject type of forum is like "volume adjustment keys programmed Expobar MC6 2" or "Setting the IPO domobar. Millionaire is often with pearls like "The extraction and mano solenoid valve for dispensing hot water instead well positioned to benefit levels in relation to Silvia and Venus. Or, "if the circuit Hydraulic contains no non-return valve can be placed anywhere on the IPO circuit "whether it was a" tolerant group, yes ... Finally, more than a group lever coupled to the boiler. But no more than a thermosyphon and decompression lever (Faema type 3), a hydraulic or a modern injection well studied. "...
The two main points concern the heating of water and pressure. Good machines operate with a boiler and not a separate heating unit, the more they do not use pressurized filters. Do not pay attention to high pressures. The hot water should come out to about 9bar good coffee, a machine that has a pressure of 16 bar is artificially frothing coffee. It serves no purpose is marketing.
So what is the best coffee? It depends on the program, requirements, budget, number of coffee a day ... I'm talking about
not pro machine, but machine for home, to make good coffee which we dream, we maintain and we will keep for life. So the choice, we can start the test budget. All the machines I'm talking about are good value. A coffee costs no more than a handbag and we far margins of luxury. These machines are all Italian, not always well distributed in France. If they fail, we do not throw, but a professional network is there to provide after sales service and maintenance.

The best espresso machine is the La Marzocco GS / 3 . That is what is best for a variety of reason. Well, it's a bit expensive, but the Berlutti tailor or a beautiful Hermes bag does not cost less. Everything is a matter of priority.

Otherwise, if we are to remain reasonable, is the Isomac Tea . She has some technical advantages, and machinery for individuals, Isomac is one of the most beautiful Italian brand. Personally, I bought the Isomac Zaffiro, a good compromise because I found the Oscar and not very nice Tea a bit expensive for my budget.

The best machine is the cheap Nuova Simonelli Oscar . She is not beautiful, but is the best choice at this price. In less powerful but much prettier one little quote the Isomac Zaffiro .

Otherwise entry level, there Giada Isomac , or Rancilio Silvia . The latter is the best machine in this price range.

Finally, I would cite the Isomac Brio Inox , she built a mill for small kitchens. Less expensive, there is the pub on the corner.

The lever-type machine Pavoni is very complex to use and requires great skill. I do not advise.

To conclude, I would advise to Isomac Tea is the best compromise, if not the Rancilio Silvia is a good introduction.

€ 1150 in double boiler compartment, one of the best at this price, very versatile, especially for cappuccino (it happens very easily coffee steam operation mode, without burning the coffee). Nuova Simonelli Oscar
€ 700, not very beautiful but a very good machine at that price. Rancilio Silvia machine
, 500 € one of the most purchased a must. Isomac Giada Espresso Machine
, 370 €, a classic. Isomac Espresso Machine

Brio Inox, 540 €, to integrated mill.
